Where are they?

I wonder if some one can tell where the two items can be found, they are listed in CM as Not Installed, Payware (not active)

<kuid2:9:35002:1> pl ballast1b
<kuid2:9:35004:1> pl ballast2b

Both are by Tolaris and they are TextureEnv type.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
