What's the trick

How do you rotate a section of track thru 90 degrees?????

Everything I have tried hasn't moved at all or only part of it has moved.

any thoughts?????

Most track sections are splines and cannot be rotated except by manually moving one or both ends.

Using the copy and paste function, and only choosing to paste the track element you can rotate the paste through 90, 180 or 270 degrees.
Maybe that will do the trick for you.
If not then follow pware advise.
