What new locos will be in Tane feb 27?

Will there be any new locos and rolling stock shipped with Tane on Feb 27 or just old content from old trainz versions?Or will we have to wait for 3rd party developers to make some and buy it as extra payware?

This depends entirely on what you are looking for really. There's quite a few new locomotives included in T:ANE, as well as locomotives included in earlier releases or from the Download Station. There's also locomotives that have been upgraded, such as several of the locomotives included on the Australian Healesville route (which also includes quite a few new locomotives), plus the Kanawha locomotive for the Hinton Division route, and others as well (these are the ones I recall off hand).
