Van Damme's HARD TARGET, the hunt with the black guy starts infront of a roundhouse on the turntable, and later in the film when they are being chased Van Damme and the heroine jump from a bridge onto a moving freight train, the film is set in Louisiana and the locos are all orange and white striped whatever livery that might be?

Several of the older Looney Toons and Merry Melodies cartoon shorts by Warner Bros. had trains in them, in fact, they became more a less a specialty of mine on the rare occasion they didn't have any other props:hehe:

Three stories set in a passenger train (europe). It has a slow start but a great last story. Anyway, i was busy looking at the trains, scenery etc. which was good.
