What is Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 - Platinum Edition " Duchess DLC Controller"

I just bought and installed Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 - Platinum Edition.

Under my digital downloads of My Trainz I see a Duchess DLC Controller. What is that?

When I download it and try to install I get a "An existing version of Trainz (TS2009 TS2010) is not at this location" ??

What is in that Duchess DLC package?

Same, same. I have no idea why it is trying to find some old version of TS2009 or TS2010

Tried to direct the install to both Tane & TS2019. No luck!!! B_gger...

The Duchess Locomotives etc,https://store.trainzportal.com/collections/official-n3v-dlc/products/trainz-dlc-duchess which you will get via the Content Store Button.

The one at My Digital downloads is a installer for old versions of Trainz up to TS12 and incompatible with TS12SP1, TANE and TRS19.
