What is Trainz Content Creation Source?

I saw it on Auran's website, it is called Trainz Content Creation Source? What does it do? Does it require Gmax? Does it export successfully into Trainz? Is it worth the money? And so on? Please tell me more about it.

It's a collection of source files for mainly 3DS but there are some GMAX ones there. I personally found it of limited value.

These days I'd go Blender and I can flip you some of my Blender sources if that would make life easier for you.
