Trainz 2006 Showcase

For those about to ask why I still play TRS2006, I purely play it because of secondhand nostalgia bias (I never played the game back in the day but saw countless videos of it giving me that feeling), and while TRS2019 is great, I like to stick to the older aesthetics more. Now, I got my hands on the Content Creator's source pack files and decided to import multiple locomotives into TRS2006. Here's the highlights so far:

That BNSF is pretty interesting looking. Also I thought the Renfe Class 333 was in the Ibera Interior sessions, I believe Main Line and Night Trip to be specific.

My original RENFE 333 VA built-in Trs2006 still works beautifully in TRSPlus!!!! Of course, showing better graphics than in TRS2006. IBerTrainZ creditedly contributed with some stuff and the then celebrated route 'Iberia Interior'. Those were the days and were great pioneering days.
Currently there are much better 333's than mine but I'm still proud of this old lady. Thanks for recalling 'er.

NEARLY the same! The text on the front of the train is different. There's only a big RENFE instead of the numbering.

Man, seeing that ol' Railyard makes me all teary-eyed. My Trainz adventure started with TRS2006 and I still fire it up every now and then, for old time's sake. That nostalgia hits like nothing else.
