What is a 'Trainz Download Helper'

What is a 'Trainz Download Helper' I clicked the bogey link on CockedGhost's freeware page because I think Jointed Rail's Husky Stacks and Spinecars need them. Help! If those bogeys are not the needed dependencies please tell me what they are!

OK thanks but the things won't show up in game using the download helper after committing.

What should happen is clicking the link should start CMP (if it's not already started) and download the item. Sometimes you have to click Start to start the download. Obviously, also, if there is anything else in the queue, you will have to wait for that. Did you get that far and it showed in CMP with no error?

If you commit an asset, and it doesn't show up, it has either errors or missing dependencies ... which must have its config file manually fixed, or you need to locate and download the mssing dependencies.
