What does TAC region mean?

When downloading new stock etc. from download station I keep seeing the sentence Find in TAC region, or can be found in TAC region.
I am quite new to all this and am in need of guidance.

Similar acronym, but not correct - you're getting confused with the gmax/Trainz software utiliy, TACS.

According to ish6, (see this thread for more info), TAC stands for Trainz Assistance Community.

Mezzo's right. And it's not really a 'region' in the sense that a Region asset defines road traffic etc. on a route. It was just being used as a label to make Ish's objects easier to find in TRS2004.
