What do you have to do to download?

New first class ticket (five days ago), re-entered every password I could find on website, disabled my firewall entirely, did three back flips and chased my tail for fifteen minutes and still can't download anything. Now what? disappointing.

Did you activate the ticket in your Planet Auran profile?

Once activated, go into CM and re-enter your password to force an update of your account on the Auran servers.

If you have anything in your download cache, delete that too.

Restart CM, and you should be all set from there.

You forgot to spin around in your chair 16 times while looking at your feet!
