What do those numbers mean?

When you minimize trainz and do something else there's the little trainz tab at the bottom. Right next to it there's always these numbers bouncing around in parentheses. What do those numbers mean?

I've wondered that mysefl, but never asked. It could be the frames per second as the program is running.
