I purchased a silver class monthly membership from the trainz 2022 page, How do I download the game? Tell me to go to a site and click download TANE? I don't see a donwload TANE option and I did not purchase TANE I purchased Trainz 2022. Sorry I just can't figure this out and would appreciate any help.

It has been a while since I made a direct purchase of Trainz software from N3V but back then I received an email with the link address. Check your email box (the one you have entered in your forum account settings), also check your junk and SPAM mail folders as your mail software may have classified it as unsolicited junk mail or SPAM.

A Late Thought:

Check the MyTrainz link at the top of this page. Then on the left of that page click "My Digital Downloads". You should see links to all the Trainz software you have ever purchased via their digital download system (does not include purchases that came via CD/DVD).

So someone on discord support was able to help but I appreciate the reply. Will post the solution here in case someone else needs this answer in the future.

When I went to products from the home page and clicked on Trainz 2022 it presented me with 3 options for purchase. TRS22, Trainz Pluz, Gold Class all had a buy now button at the bottom. I think I clicked Trainz Plus which brought me to another screen with a yearly and month membership tab. I went with a monthly silver membership as the checkbox for TRS2022 was present so I figured they all includes TRS2022. I've since learned Silver does not, there is a Latest Trainz Release description and when you hoover over it says gives you access to TANE and TRS19, neither of which I wanted, was only interest in 2022. The Latest Trainz Release also included TRS2022 even though it did not specifically say that so for me this was a confusing purchase.

Once I upgraded my membership to gold I then got the product downloads. So you either need to purchase trainz plug or gold to get the base game.... Credit to Auran on the billing, when I changed my membership it did not charge me for both rather just the difference between then two so that made changing membership less of a hassle. Thanks

Silver memership does NOT include the game. You must already own or purchase the game separately. Silver membership provides you with access to all DLC (Payware) but no game is included.

This is an old chart but still explains things - study the last few items at bottom carefully and read fine print on bottom left. Silver = No game, no game updates. DLC ontent only.
