What did I do Wrong

I had to change drives (drive nearing its capacity). I saved my routes to cdp files. And all the individual items in 9 different cdp files. Well when I reloaded on the new drive more than half could not be found in the downloader. And another 1/3 were unknown. Any idea what went wrong. I still have the old drive, so I can start over again. Thanks funnnyfarm

The ONLY thing you had to do was copy the COMPLETE Trains folder with everything in it.
No need to install everything again.
No serialnumbers needed.
No data loss.

It's soooo simple.

I bought a 500 gb sata drive, Drive G: and activated it. then I loaded TS12 from Drive C: into Drive G:. Your saying to copy TS12 from C drive to G drive. right? Thanks funnnyfarm

Yes that is the easiest way to do it.

You should do this kind of backing up often and get into the habit of doing it too. Backups are a good thing.
