What are the rules on re-skinning trainz units ?

I have been having several Ideas for heritage units in the past couple of days, so I figured I would put my hands at work to create them and bring them to a 3-D perspective. I was curious to see as long as I wasn't making profit off of anything and no one else gets ahold of my reskin files am I allowed to use my reskins for myself and post pictures of them on the units to this forum to share my ideas with people?
Also, About posting pictures on this forum, How do I go about putting a picture on here from my desktop.. I have only seen a URL for photos.. ??

As long as there your personal reskins you can post screenshots of them. To get shots, you will need to upload them to an image hosting site and post the URL. There is a how to guide in the screenshots sub forum.

some of them were on free units and some are on units I paid for.. Im not handing them out .. but like I said.. I just want to see what people thought of them.. all respect and credit for the unit goes to the creators.
