"West from Denver" install issue

I purchased TRS2022 Platinum Edition, and installed all the routes that come with it. All of them installed okay apart from "West from Denver".

I'm getting a "Failed to read package manifest" error but clicking retry does absolutely nothing and I cannot work out how to redownload the effected file.

I suggest you raise a support ticket with N3V so they can recommend the best way to reinstall the failed package which will have a reference beginning with “sc”. I expect they will reply overnight UK time as that’s the start of their working week.

Don't worry, I've solved it! Logging out and logging back in seemed to prompt it in to downloading the file again.
