Well, now what do I do?

I thot I started this last nite, but maybe not, 'cause I can't find it now. I hope I didn't do anything illegal. What I said was, I have tried all the suggestions given me, and nothing works. There is one thing tho, that I know I asked about and that was updating my build to 61388, as suggested. On the start up window it said my build was out of date, and there was a link but when I clicked it, all I got was page after page of notices of work going to be such and such a time. So, how do I get the build upgrade?
