You may want to send them an email on this to: support@jointedrail.com. It's been my experience that emails get the quickest response on these sort of issues.

I had a similar situation awhile back and the guys were very accommodating in working out a solution.

We might be a little slower till Monday so give us some time as one of us is at the big Springfield MA Railroad Hobby Show, so the others are checking support emails till Monday more than likely. An email will be your better bet as someone said so do that and we will get it fixed for you as soon one of us sees it.

At what point during checkout is the option to enter the code? I got as far as the Paypal redirect, but didn't click "Pay now" yet, for fear of overshooting the coupon entry option.

I ordered some goodies, but the MWG 2.0 expansion won't seem to download for me. I've never had any problems before, so any help would be appreciated!
