We need Cromford!

Okay... once exported to Trainz, some strange things appeared, others disappeared, and one even did its own thing.

So we reviewed everything, and the easiest way—as always—is to redo the animation chain. The first step is fine; everything is where it's supposed to be and does what it's supposed to do.

I should mention that among the errors I found, there was a "Rotate and Scale" problem at some pivot points, the animation was set to 29 (I don't know when or how I changed that), and something else was creeping into the hierarchies without being noticed, so I deleted it and started from scratch, it's faster (I love animation 😁 )
I think it will only set me back a few days, and besides, you always learn something along the way : "You can't rush with Trainz or Blender, especially if you mix them"... although I already knew that, and I think many here do too.;)

Hmmm ... I know I shouldn't lose my patience or get angry when I do these things, but it puts me in a bad mood when I do something as usual and it doesn't work right.
For some reason, when linking some new Emptys (Helpers for the Gmax guys), while it continues to work in Blender, the animation partially freezes in Trainz(19) or some parts disappear.
It doesn't seem to be a problem with the Armature or its applied IK, everything points to some Empty. I'm still investigating.
I've even reviewed previous work to see if I can discover any unnoticed errors. I don't do things out of habit, but rather I try to follow a well-known step-by-step method precisely so that everything runs smoothly.
For example, this structure is a few years old and a bit more complex than the one in 2650, and it works correctly, like others. I'm comparing the hierarchies in case I made some silly mistake, but it doesn't seem like it so far. Otherwise ,time to start again ...
What would we do without Trainz ?
Oops! I forgot to mention that during the day I'm painting the house and fixing a few things (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, my wife always finds some work for me).
And I wanted to retire !!

Solved ! And I've discovered I'm a bit more rusty ... 😁 I picked it up again this afternoon (evening) and rebuilt the chain, as planned.
Everything worked fine, I can only guess that I forgot to parent some Empty to b.r.main when creating it and before animating ... because when testing the new chain, the normal rotation was blocked—again.
Then, checking the hierarchy, I found that two of the b.r. points were at same level as b.r.main. We cleaned everything up, and I went back to it, and this time everything was OK.
