Payware, re-distribution, is piracy, just like filesharing copywritten music is too.

I'm sure someone bought the loco's legally, if you keep a copy, and trade a copy, the original creator loses a sale. It's called EULA, you do not really own the product, you just have a end users license to operate the loco, not sell or trade, just like a Windows 7 DVD, it is not yours to give away, trade, or sell.

Yup what BD1 said. This is DEFINITELY not good, doesnt matter if its exchanging or not....doesnt work that way. Once you have it installed, its installed.
