Go to Planet Auran, Your Content and look in Unprocessed or any others to see if it's actually there.
If it isn't then Upload again.

Check "Unprocessed" and "Preview aria", in "Preview aria" it may be waiting for approval form you.

After 6 months if it was in the preview area it would have been deleted by now. Also need to check your spam settings as any emails will probably have ended up in there.
