Can I also add that here we too mark the sacrifices. Remembrance Sunday was on Sunday. All over the country there are parades, etc to war memorials with the leading one in London attended by HM and others. In many places such as big rail stations there is a momentary silence on the 11th day of the 11th month being the day WW1 stopped. It is also marked in some Commonwealth countries. Wearing red poppies is a big thing and a reminder of Flanders Field. You are so right that we should all remember the fallen
