Anyone who makes more than the occasional USB boot drive or has issues when they do make such drives may find the free Ventoy software the answer to making their life a whole lot easier. Ventoy is installed as a bootable USB drive but it could be the last you make. Other OS software ISO files and so forth, are just copied to the Ventoy USB disk, capacity permitting, and run through Ventoy. Its compatible with Windows, Linux, and a raft of USB rescue tools.
