using Gamecam to record videos in trs

hi everyone,
has anyone here tried to use Gamecam to record videos in trainz. i was able to record video but i couldnt get it to record sounds. i tried using the hotkey that is supposed to toggle sound on and off but that didnt work either, does anyone know how to fix this?
btw: im using the unregistered freeware version

So why is this in the Screen-Shot forum? This should be in "Trainz Community"

i wasnt sure where to put it, since we have no video forum i though screenshots would be the best

It's not really a community announcement is it?
No problem with it being in screenshots, that's what a video is after all..

I tried using gamecam once but found it was fairly useless (and not just with TRS), although that was quite a while ago. I use the full version of Fraps which is very simple to use and doesn't require you to set up a different profile for each program you want to record from.. You just hit a key and it records, which is what I was after.

i ahve the same problem nikos.
it seams i listened to the audio setup thing that you need a certain audio driver but i have that driver and doesnt let me do anything.
no idea........i have a microphone and and Creative media player which i can record sounds with so....its no too big but.....music sounds a lot better.

well it appears that gamecam is not able to record sound unless you purchase the full version
