Useless First Class Ticket

Have reset CM in TS2009 more than once per the instructions.

Just in case, when you removed the password and user name, you did clear all downloads first, clear login details save and then exit Content Manager before restarting it and entering the details again? Works every time here, well the few times it has happened anyway, doesn't always work if you don't clear and exit .

I had this issue when I first started and the fix was to make sure your download queue is empty. All items added before the ticket purchase will still download at slower speed; unless emptied and reselected to be downloaded.

FCT problem

I've not been able to get onto DS for 9 days after renewing my FCT. CMP indicates that everything is working but all I get is the message 'server is full please try later'.

Has proved the following tip: Go to Planet Auran and then change your password using the Editfunktion.
In the first set your password will appear in the second row You forgive a "new password" (this can be quiet the same thing too) and confirm this "new password"! In the next line.

Then your FCT should function normally.

BTW: I have to every year, making each one reactivation FCT. God here or AURANS know why
 
Had the same problem "server appears to be full" . Tried All the suggestions in this thread, no joy After five days of this nonsense sent a ticket to helpdesk. had reply from Zec stating they had adjusted my account and all downloads worked from that point on.

Perhaps the notion of a rip off stems from the fact that the length of FCT was not extended to cover the 8 days lost. With the new price structure by Auran 8 days lost is signficant to some folks.

After activating your ticket and deleting then saving (open CMP, let it dwell then close) then re entering username + password clear the CMP of any items to download and re enter them. Worked for me.

With respect, eight days is a long time to wait before taking action. A search of this forum will find plenty of advice on this issue, and raising a helpdesk ticket will usually get the problem solved within a day or two.
 
FCT

I've activated my FCT back on the 24th and still waiting for it to start working. For me the DLS says retrying over and over. So be calm and don't panic. Yes I have filled out a ticket,so we shall see what they say about the problem. Happy trainz.
 
FCT Connection Test

The FCT server is called firstclass.auran.com (IP is 74.52.108.19). You can test your physical connection using Windows as follows:
Click on Start and in the search box enter cmd and hit enter. This should give you a new small black window with the C:> prompt. At that prompt enter:
ping firstclass.auran.com
then hit enter. You should see 4 pings that measure the round trip time for responses. Enter exit to close the cmd window.
If this test passes then your problem is your CMP program is not communicating with the server because of firewall settings or ?
