That is in the HP Trainz Marias Pass Route X Add-On. It's the only crossing I know of that has the overhangs.

Already answered, they were BNSF50's NRC OH Griswold 2 (or close to that) crossings. The ones from Marias Pass X are more modern and a different manufacturer.
