Uploading

Found an article on uploading, thought I had followed the instructions, but when I tried to upload a route (all built-in assets) it showed a list of assets and reported it was not my own work. What goes?
Confused Again Rog.

Hi Rog,

When uploading a route all you include in the CDP is the route itself, and when adding a route to Content Manager's uploader be sure to NOT add any of the dependencies. Either way, some content that is not your own ended up in the package you are trying to upload.

Kieran.

Excuse me for being a bit dense but I have modified the route to make sure all assets are built-in and I thought the assets were referenced not added.
The only part of the route that is mine is the design.
Tell me I'm wrong (as usual)
Rog (not as bright as I was when I was 21 :( )

What method are you using for uploading? Are you uploading via Planet Auran using a CDP or via Content Manager?

Kieran.

By the sounds of the description given, it sounds like the OP is uploading using Content Manager. If this is the case, then the OP needs to make sure that nothing is ticked apart from his own content when the program asks which dependencies to include (clicking Select None normally does this).
