When I uploading a basemap for working on my own route, I have a trouble for uploading basemap and the screen freezes, So is there a way to fix this problem?

How big is the image you are trying to load?

There are a lot of factors such as running out of disk space, running out of RAM, and other things that can cause this, but my gut says it's an image size issue.
