Uploading to the DLS

I need clarification. Do I always need to create a new version of an asset when changes are made before I reload to the DLS? Ex: Recently I updated the description in the config file of an asset. Is it necessary to create a new version or can I just upload the same file again.

Hi David
You will need to create a new revision/version of the asset before you upload. In TS12, you can do this by right clicking on the asset in Content Manager, then click on 'Create New Version'.
