Uploading To DLS Rule Help?

I've reskinned the trs12 built-in N&W Pullman car, it has this written in the Config file, "Per Randall (Whitepass) White: 'This content may only be distributed on the Auran web sites as the meshes are part of TRS2004." Does this mean I could upload my skin to the dls?

Yes but only to the DLS, my newer ones do not have that restriction.

This is my reskin of the oringinal model made Per Randall (Whitepass). All credit for the model and meshes go to Whitepass, I only take credit for the reskin.
