Hi all. I am trying to upload my station to the DLS, but I get the message to 6 of the assets are built in and it doesn’t upload.

Can anyone help please?

The KUID's are:

What method are you using for upload? Inside Content Manager or directly through Planet Auran?

If the first option, untick any assets that aren't made by you or already on the DLS before they're added to the queue, then try.

What do I need to tick and where do I find it?

Hi Craig,

After right-clicking in an asset and clicking Upload, this box should appear:


If you untick the box next to the asset, its dependencies won't be added automatically. If you leave the box ticked, you can remove the dependencies that aren't yours and that are on the DLS already manually afterwards in the Uploads list pane.

Hi Kieran, thanks for your help.

Just got an email to tell me that the upload has faild.

<kuid:309407:100315> : The tag 'image' in '0' points to a nonexistent file: '............UsersCrsaigDesktopStation.JPG'.
<kuid:309407:100315> : The tag 'image' in '1' points to a nonexistent file: '............UsersCrsaigDesktopScreenshot.JPG'.

I put the screenshot in to the config file.

Is the screenshot given the same name in the config as that for the actual image? I have had this problem at times - the cause is usually a wrong name or even a very small typing error.

Hi Ray, the name is the same. I did edit the screenshot and re-name the first time I tried to upload. so I've deleted it from the config file and took another one and will try that.

Check the path in your config and delete anything before DesktopStation.jpg it appears to be trying to load it from a copy on your hard drive not the cdp.

The station has got to the preview part of the upload, so I am just waiting N3V to approve it.
