Uploading Content Error

When I try to upload content, CM gives me a message that says, "Upload failed. 'NOT LOGGED IN'. What does it mean by "not logged in"? This is my first time uploading content to the DLS, so I'm not sure how to solve this error.

Common error I also get when trying to upload.

I solve it by closing the game and content manager, wait a minute, restart the game and immediately try to upload again.
