Upgrading - how do i take my stuff with me!

Hello all Im sure this is a subject already discussed but I have recently installed Trains 2012 on my pc. I still have 2010 (and 06) installed on here and I wand to bring a large amount of content across to 2012. Things like the active stations and AJS stuff.

Is there an easy way to cross it over? Or do I have to downlaod it all from the DLS via content manager?

You can select the userdata folders from CMP and hit import content and it will import everything, make sure to hit skip if it asks to overwrite anything though.
