This is really Amazing Macigland....I reskinned a R32 but I put it as a R38 because the destination sign wasn't a regular subway destination

Plus all those nasty rivets around the replacement sheetmetal at the top of the cab (when Budd originally built them, everything was welded and smooth). You can't see them in that screenshot (you can in the proto photo), but they're there.

Just some friendly advice, it is not a great idea to ask about progress. It will be released when it is good and ready. Sit tight, I would rather wait a few weeks for a great looking train then get something fast that does not look as good as it could.

Not a problem, its just that I have seen creators cancel projects because they feel too presured when people are always asking for updates. Hey I want to see the R32 GOH as bad as anyone, but good things come to those who wait.

He's right. Even though some have been gloating away at the release of the R62 and the R40. They got them on special release, and have been showing them off. Now my eye is twitching!!!

Patience is a virtue. I've got a phone system that isn't talking to its voicemail system to get straightened out first (with a rather large check hanging on the result), and 5 gallons of Irish Red Ale that isn't showing any signs of fermentation yet (pitched the yeast 24 hrs ago). Once I get these important things resolved, then maybe I can get back to finishing things like an R32 GOH reskin, and maybe an R38 to go with it. Oops, did I say that last bit? Maybe I was mistaken...

Well, it should be done fermenting by then, but won't be carbonated yet. I'll just have to stick with the Irish Stout and the nice Cream Ale that I've already got kegged. Fermentation finally kicked in today on the Red. Had me worried, I usually use Wyeast, and this batch went with White Labs, took longer than usual to get started (I actually ordered a replacement yeast that'll get here tomorrow in case I had to re-pitch). Hopefully we'll have something by the end of the weekend...

Hey Magicland, if you need any pictures of R32s or R38s (if that was not a typo) I will be in the city starting on the 20th so just let me know. I would love to see a GOH R32, they are possibly the best car in they system even though they are over 40 and will be retired soon.

You'd be surprised what you can do in a college dorm room. Lots of small kegerators are the size of (and are actually made from) dorm sized refrigerators. Who needs food? Heck, I wish I'd known about homebrewing when I was in college.

Hey Magicland is there any thing you need fot the R32 car such as route signs or other pictures for textures? I am in the city this week and I can get them.

Just an idea, instead of having circa 1995 route signs why not have it so the user can set the route number and the destination signs. ATM your trains you put up say G and the destos do their stuff automatically. Why not have it so I can put up G Bedford Park 8 Avenue Express or wateva detination I want? Would be more exciting!
