Update woes..... 49922 to 57720

Been away for a while and when I fired up TS12 it said that updates were available. I kicked the updates away but after the usual tests, I got the following message:

"Patching from 49922 to 57720...

Existing file is damaged and cannot be patched: C:\Program Files (x86)\N3V Games\TS12\bin\launcher\images-nl\btn_website.bmp

Failed to apply the patch: 49922_to_57720
Patching aborted."

I checked the file out and it was sort of there, an empty file (0k zero k file size).
I c & p'd a btn_website.bmp file from another folder, tried several, but still comes up with the same error.

Is there anyway of getting around this problem?

I suggest contacting the helpdesk. Zec or someone else can assist you with this.

I would also recommend doing a full disk check and reinstalling the game as well, as somehow one of the files (the one in the error message) is corrupt.

Full disk check only done a couple of days ago Shane, all good.

Ah well looks like this will be assigned to the trash, too little timer left to worry about doing a full reinstall.
