I'm having trouble installing my TS12 on a new computer. I can't seem to coax it past the 49922 Build. Every time I try to apply any form of service pack, regardless of what the completed build would be, it fails and reports this:
Failed to patch Builtin\ts12b.ja, file contents do not match
Failed to apply the patch: 49922_to_57720
Patching aborted.
Again, I have tried all of the patches starting with 49922 and all of them give the same report. I have tried reinstalling the program as well with the same results. Yes, I have already updated as far as build 49922.
Any ideas?
