UP Class 4000 "Big Boy" for Trainz Ultimate Collection?

I've been looking for a model of the Big Boy for my copy of Trainz UC, and I have found information about a PayWare version made by Claes Wikdahl. It seems, though, that it is no longer available anywhere since the Big Boy came standard in TS2004 and everything since then...

Is it available anywhere else? I'd like to add it to my game...

It's available in TRS2004 and onward versions of Trainz. The version for Trainz UTC is no-longer available.

I am not 100% sure if it is still available or not but Trainz Italia used to have a payware version available. Here is a link to their web site but it is in Italian and I was not able to work through it - http://www.trainzitalia.com/

I remember other references to this loco on the forum - perhaps a search on big boy will provide better info than I can.
