UP Big Boy 4014 coming to eastern PA on NS between May 25 and July 29!

It's almost confirmed, through pics by UP steam head Ed Dickens of railroad viaducts in NY state and northeastern PA and he was at Horseshoe Curve and at bridges and a tunnel below Pottstown, PA on NS's ex-Reading Harrisburg Line measuring for clearances. From what I read it's going to go east to Buffalo, NY on the ex-NKP, then ex-Erie Southern Tier to Binghamton, NY then ex-DL&W/D&H to Scranton with a possible stop at Steamtown National Historic Site, then after that unknown, but rumors are Philly, maybe Washington, DC (but only CSX and Amtrak own tracks into DC) and it will return to Cheyenne by taking the NS ex-PRR from Harrisburg west with a possible stop in Altoona then around the Horseshoe Curve. There are filings for a cab signal waiver for the Harrisburg to Cleveland, OH portion. I'm going to try to go see it, I live just west of Allentown, PA and NS comes through our area but not sure if will pass through Allentown.
