Unloading and Entire Train ?

Real noob question here since its been ages since ive set up a route with anything besides passengers and coal, but i was sure there was an option in one of the industries to unload and entire train or just one wagon at a time, but i cant for the life of me remember which one it was...

it relates to my railfreight setup, i cant run an entire train thro a dead end siding with loading ramp, so im wanting to unload the entire train with just 2 or 3 wagons on the industry track, is that even possible or did i just imagen it?

ProtoLARS. There are two ProtoLARS industries that I uploaded to the Download Station some time ago that include many industrial and mineral products.

Do you mean the driver command "Instant Unload," kuid2:67585:1021:2 or kuid2:117290:1021:1?
