I reinstalled TS2009 World Builder Edition and the download station is working fine, but I want to download some of BNSF50s Grade XING's but I go to CMP 2.0 and it says there are no items to display and I go to the actual website for the DLS and it press Download(helper) and it sends it to CMP but it has a question mark, noting that it's in an unknown location but it still shows up in download helper but it doesn't download.

Make sure that you are running the appropriate patches(recommended is SP3 - build 41844 due to issues with SP4 - build 44653)

Also, Trainz can take up to 24-48 hours for Content Manager to retrieve the latest listing details from the Download Station.

If it still does not appear, you may need to run an extended database repair from the File menu.

I patched it to SP2 Ts2009 and it still doesn't function even after I do a database repair that's extended.

are you by any chance trying to downlaod an TRS2004 item into TRS2009.

As this is no longer possible to do unless you have a current and active FCT.

Yes that's what I'm doing. Download a TRS2004 item into TS2009

I always thought that a mandatory FCT was only required if you were downloading into versions earlier than Trainz Classics.

Kris94, it may be worth trying a piece of Trainz Classics or TS2009 content. You can do this by adding minimum build version: 2.7 to the search box in Content Manager.

You can download TS2004 into all later versions, don't have to have an FCT, you can't download if you don't have a newer version.
FCT is only compulsory for downloads if you don't have a supported version.

Yes that's what I'm doing. Download a TRS2004 item into TS2009

look in cmp in 09, there might be some errors in that need fixing for they show up in 09
