Unknown Content Error

Bought the lifetime first class ticket. Waited several days, it wouldn't activate. Kept trying, eventually the system recognizes my ticket but CM still won't finalize a download. "Unknown Content Error" is what I get on every item I try to download. Am I doing something wrong?

Did you have any success downloading before the ticket was activated?

Try clearing out your download helper list.

Be aware that if you are trying to download, say, a TS2009 item in TRS2006, this error will appear.

Only with previous versions but not since trs2004
