"Unfulfilled"

I just noticed that my last 4 purchases from the Store are tagged "Unfulfilled". What does this mean? I paid via PayPal and my bank account has been charged for all of them, so they are NOT "unfulfilled"!
 
Exactly where is this "Unfulfilled" tag appearing?

Checking the Content Store under the Purchased tag in my Trainz Plus I get the following buttons:-

Install - available for download and install as part of the Trainz Plus Gold package
Uninstall - currently installed and able to be uninstalled (and installed again later if needed)
Purchased - (only 1 item) not clickable so I guess this was automatically installed as I do not remember installing it
 
You may have installed the purchased items from the Trainz store under the free DLC. You could try and delete them and download from MyTrainz. They may also become fulfilled if you stop your subscription.
 
How do those same DLC items appear in the Content Store? Do they have an "Install" button or an "Uninstall" button?

I see nothing at all related to "Orders" in MyTrainz -> My Account. The "My Digital Downloads" page lists just the Trainz Software (e.g. TRS22) that I am able to download.

I just figured out where he is seeing this... myTrainz > Trainz Store> My Account > Sign In or Create Account > My Account

It's very odd in that it returns you "one page backward" after login so you have to click "my account" again but after login you get your account page.

Lo and behold it does show my five orders as "fulfilled" (Only five as I now have Plus Gold) - click on fulfilled and you get a receipt-like page. (There's also a big orange link to the normal and familiar "product downloads" page)

Yes, interesting. I have never been to that page before (that I can remember).

Likewise all my orders (6 of them from 2017 to 2022) are listed as "Fulfilled". One order cost me the princely sum of $0.00 - clicking on its order number gave me the receipt and its details - "Cornish Mainline and Branches" December 25, 2017 so it must have been a Christmas Gift from N3V.

The receipt also has links to activate FCTs and digital downloads and for info about "Boxed Sets" (ahhh, those were the days!)
 
Weird that not everybody sees the same thing at the same place!

All 4 items appear in CM as "Packaged, Payware" and have an "Uninstall" button in the Content Store (same as the "Fulfilled" ones).
 
I had never seen that page either. That fact that they return you to a "general" store page selling product instead of returning you to your account immediately after signin is likely why. I never would have cliked My Account twice like that unless investigating this thread. That setup is poor design.
 
That's why. You have the DLC version installed via the content store with your membership. You have not yet officially downloaded the purchased items because they will not overite the installed ones. As it stands, if you cancel your membership those 4 items may disappear from your installation as they are on loan via membership only. You will then be able to download the purchased ones.
 
ALL my DLCs have been installed the same way (via the content store with my membership), why should only 4 be "Unfulfilled"?

Thanks for reporting this. It appears that the store isn't updating the status of some orders after the ordered content has been processed and added to your account. I have checked your account and can confirm that those items have been allocated to your account correctly, just the status in the store wasn't updated.

I have asked our shop manager to look into this, however it won't affect you accessing your content.

I have, for the 4 most recent orders, manually updated them to show as fulfilled for you.
