Uncoupling Engines

How do you guys uncouple two engines from one another? Every time I try, the uncoupled engine keeps pulling forward, preventing the two from separating.

Make sure your engines are stopped.
Press A to apply the brakes if you are in DCC mode.
Uncouple.

The same process works for rail cars too.

Kill the drivers first.

Without a driver it won't move.

If your driver is in the 3th loc make sure you place him/her in the first one.
