Unable to Patch Newly Purchased Trainz 2010 Delux Edition

Hello, my Trainz simulator version is 42203. The game says it's incomplete. The point of failure is "Failed toe xtract the patch archive". I have the game installed on a separate hard drive because it is 7gb and I am running an SSD drive as my OS drive only. Can someone help me figure out what the latest version of 2010 is and how I can update it? Thanks all.

You need the patch 42203-44088. This is not the muti player version.

TS2010 SP3 hotfix patches are now available. - Trainz Discussion Forums
Follow the instructions.

If you want multi player do a seperate install of 2010 (meaning you have 2) and patch that up.
