unable to get on the download station

I try to get on to the download station and am told that my details are not correct. And I know they are because up until last week I was using the download station can any one explain what is wrong if so thank you for your help

An old trick that worked when this problem reared its ugly head from time to time in TS12 and earlier is to select Trainz Settings from the Launcher, select the Internet tab and re-enter your user name and password. Then close Trainz Settings and the Launcher and try again.

I am having the same problem with TS10. I can access through Tane and the white pages no problem.
