unable to download

Hi I have just registerd my serial number for Trainz classic 3 and bought a three month first class download ticket. I have tried to download and keep getting this message. Unable to download the server apears to be full, please try again later, if I have a first class ticket why can I not download. Hope somebody can help. Thank you

Have you activated it? To do this you must go to Planet Auran - https://www.auran.com/planetauran/portal.php - then under 'Trainz' on the side menu, click on 'Download tickets' find the new ticket and activate it
