Unable to download with CM2!

I've had Trainz 2009 for almost a year, been downloading to my hearts content and tried connecting today to find the 'Incorrect username and password entered' message. I have tried several times to re-enter my username and password, however not to prevail. I have noticed that the user id section is empty and won't let me input the code. Can anyone help me please.
