Unable to download. Couldn't obtain URL. Item cannot be found on the Download Station

Still not working for me. In 90 minutes, CMP and CM2 have both told me "I don't know who you are" after waiting until the "checking your username and password" times out.

Glad it's working for someone.

There is something going on Serverside. I normally have no trouble at all with the DLS. Today it took half a dozen tries to dl about 200mb (a couple of garbage cans lol) into TRS04 after it froze up twice on page changes. Then TRS06 booted me out as not registered. Worked OK on the fourth or fifth identical save of my p/word. Keep trying!
 
Yeah. It is very spotty. I got in - once - and began downloading a list of about 100 items. About every 10 or 12 items I would lose connectivity to the DLS, then, when I restarted CMP it would struggle along for the next 10 or 12 items. I ended up with about half of the items as "not on the DLS" when they were clearly marked with the DS icon.

Something is very wrong in Serverville.

It's getting late and my fuse is very short. I'll whack away tomorrow.

Well my, CMP is working fine on downloading. Profile hasn't changed, but maybe that takes some time to get updated.

Edit: Website interface also seems to be working.
 
Problem solved

Got an answer from Auran and they fixed my account. For anyone that has problems try the following (from Auran):

If this happens again, please try going into your Planet Auran profile, then log out
of it, then log back in. This usually forces the DLS to update.

Please try forcing a refresh in Content Manager.

To do this, first remove all items from the downloads queue, then go into the
settings for Content Manager. Now remove your username and password, then click on
save. Once it has saved the settings, restart Content Manager (close it down then
re-open it) and then re-enter your username and password and click on save. Once it
has saved the settings again, try downloading.
