Unable to download Avery-Drexel 1990s V0.2

I've tried to download this route on the DLS called Avery-Drexel 1990s V0.2 (<KUID:834894:102161>), but for some reason, whenever I try to do so, I get this message:

- <kuid2:82412:104611:6> : Unable to search asset <kuid2:82412:104611:6>. This asset is payware DLC and is not available via the Download Station..

This, however, isn't true: the route isn't payware because it's on the download station. Can somebody please tell me how to fix this glitch?

Not sure why it is showing up for you, but <kuid2:82412:104611:6> is an older version of the current payware, <kuid2:82412:104611:9> Milwaukee Road Avery-Drexel. It looks like whoever 834894 is somehow uploaded a version of <kuid2:82412:104611:6>, and the system is recognizing it. It does not sound like a legit copy.

I see no connection between <KUID:834894:102161> and <kuid2:82412:104611:6> as there is none I guess. As extra, it is funny that <KUID:834894:102161> is for TRS19 or TRS22 Beta, but my TRS19 Platinum says:
- <kuid:834894:102161> : Unable to search asset <kuid:834894:102161>. Your registered products do not grant access to content of this version..
