Unable to Change Textures

As you can here, using the Andrew Barclay model as an example, the selected livery is NCB Plain, but the loco remains in blue. This also occurs with the Golwe by EDH6: the boiler does change color, but the tender remains blue. Does anybody know how to fix this glitch?

This sounds like a script error of some sort causing this issue.

Sorry I don't. Scripting is well beyond my paygrade.
