What dose this mean?

I run TS22 on two machines, the main one and on a win 11 laptop to test things.

The laptop is currently displaying the above messages and will not connect to the forum on the DLS listing.

Been odd things going on with the forums which were or seemed to be fixed yesterday, suggest at the command prompt ipconfig /flushdns.
